I have a forklift for unloading I need a delivery with a tail lift

Your roof(s) will be crated for safe transportation. Crates are heavy, even for single roofs, so a forklift or a delivery vehicle with a tail lift will be required for unloading. Delivery vehicles with tail lifts can be more expensive so consider shipping to a location where a forklift is available.

Other Details

Before shipping we will need you to obtain or provide an EORI number (XI EORI - Northern Ireland) which we need to assist with exporting as it helps customs process shipments efficiently and can reduce delays. If you do not have one they can be obtained from the customs authority in your country and is usually a straight forward process.

If you do not have a VAT Code or Tax Identification Number for your country then VAT will be charged at the UK standard rate unless you are based in the USA, Canada, Asia, Australia or New Zealand.

Safety Certifications

We have tested our main elevating roof frames in the UK and they have passed the rigerous STATUS testing (Specialisty Transport Advisory & Testing Utility Society) in different vehicles using M1 pull testing. The vehicles were tested with our steel galvanised upper roof strengthening frame in place.

This shows that our elevating roof frame maintains its integrity while under simulated frontal impact test conditions in a variety of vehicles. Documentation and reference videos are available in your customer account.
