Shipping campervan roof outside of the UK

When placing an order, all items must be paid for before we can progress the order. For example:

• Preparing Goods for Shipment
• Ordering Heat Treated Timber Packaging Crates
• Ordering Special Tents and Types of Colours
• Ordering Special Coloured Roofs

We require the following information from customers for us prepare full cost price for the goods and shipping;

• Nearest Port for Delivery if the customer would like to collect themselves
• Full Delivery address if customer wants crate delivered to their door
• Product Code of the PopTop you would like to order
• Information on Tent colours and any other upgrades
• Company VAT number if applicable
• Contact Number & Email Address

Please note, for any customers who are in Europe, will not pay UK VAT if they can supply us their company VAT Registration Documents otherwise VAT will be charged.

If the customer decides to collect the goods we will need documents for proof of exporting out of the UK.

Any customers who are in USA, Canada, Asia, Australia or New Zealand are Tax Exempt and WILL NOT pay UK VAT.

If you order to your home address, you must make sure you have a forklift on site for when the crate arrives, or the wagon driver will be unable to deliver your crate. This will then cause you to have to pay a redelivery charge to get your crate redelivered once you have sourced a forklift. If you don’t have a forklift on your site, you MUST request a tail lift wagon from us which will slightly increase your delivery cost, but you will be able to unload it using the forklift provided by the wagon.

You will get a packing list in your crate, if there is anything missing in your crate, then you must report back to us within 48 hours from you receiving the crate and we will send you out the missing items free of charge.

If you fail to report any missing items to us within the 48 hours, you must then pay for the delivery cost.

The quantities below may change due to whatever roofs get ordered as every roof is not always the same depth, but if you order a large quantity of roofs that are the same roof they will sit inside each other which will decrease the height of the crate that you will require, but if it is a mixture of roofs that are unable to sit in each other then you may need a taller crate.

Delivery crates size are as follows with quantity of roofs that they hold;

• 3430mm x 1830mm x 400mm (1 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 500mm (2 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 600mm (3 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 700mm (4 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 800mm (5 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 900mm (6 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 1000mm (7 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 1100mm (8 Roof)
• 3430mm x 1830mm x 1200mm (9 Roof)

We only accept payment via the following;

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Bank Transfer via a Proforma Invoice

We DO NOT accept the following payment methods;

• PayPal

Manufacturing and Delivery Time Periods

From when we received your funds for your exact order requirements, a 1-3-week manufacturing period will be required before goods are ready to dispatch from our factory.

Road Haulage delivery periods are generally 2-7 days

Seafreight delivery periods are subject to shipping times at the time of booking.

So, at best you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks subject to order requirement and stock levels.

The options we have for freight are as follows;

• Road Freight (delivered to your door within 2-7 days)
• Sea Freight (subject to delivery times on booking)
• Sea Freight/Road Freight (delivered to your door via delivery to nearest shipping port then to your door via Road Freight 1-2 weeks)
• Air Freight (delivered to nearest airport only within 2-5 days)

Most European orders will get delivered to you via Road Freight.

Some European orders will get delivered to you via Sea Freight to the nearest port to you and then delivered via road freight all depending on where you are based in Europe.

But you do have the option to get it delivered via Airfreight, but this option is only available when delivered to Airport Only, which we would need to know your nearest Airport for Airfreight.

When delivered to port only, the customer will need to collect the crate themselves and hire an agent to clear the crate from customs or you can act as your own agent.
